CRISIS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP – MAINTAINING SAFE OPERATIONS

The crisis management workshop is tailored for mine security professionals and managers responsible for managing security incidents. It is a practical and useful knowledge sharing opportunity that will draw on scenarios with degrading conditions, indicators and mitigation practices. In particular, this session will examine shelter in place and evacuation considerations and draw out lessons learned from previous events, planning restrictions and operational guidance.
